About Gianna's House

At Gianna's Houses we provide homes for men and women, instilling a family atmosphere in a structured, safe, and sober living environment.  The homes are fully furnished, and maintained with everything to make a house a home.  All houses provide cable television, telephone and internet access.
 
 The homes are located within walking distance of meetings, shopping, public transportation, and employment opportunities.
 
It's our belief that as addicts and alcoholics our problems began long before we picked up that first drink or drug.  So in turn the drink or drug was not our problem, it was the only solution to our problem.  The "problem", being a disease of the mind, body and spirit which needs to be combated as such.  So we have come to develop a scientific spiritual approach and phases to guide the chemically addicted back to health.  The power of positive thinking and positive energy can provide the best healing, and we fully support the "Golden Rule".  Always treat others as you would be treated.  
 
At Gianna's House Inc. we employ our strengths of honesty, open-mindedness, and willingness to provide the best possible environment for those recovering from the disease of alcoholism and addiction.  Gianna's House Inc. supports and encourages those willing to grow recovery, providing on-site counseling, psycho-pharmacology and medical services.

The Non-Profit
Gianna's House Inc. is a non-profit organization that is governed by a board of directors.  The directors are individuals with professional and personal experience who carry the vision of providing a safe supportive environment for homeless men and women in recovery.
Our Primary Purpose
Gianna's House Inc. provides an alcohol and drug free, safe, supportive environment for homeless men and women.  Gianna's Houses are founded on recovery which takes many forms, ultimately preparing individuals with the resources to begin to lead a healthy and productive lifestyle.
