--The Brian R Carroll 12 Step Retreat--

-In Loving memory of Brian R. Carroll-

Gianna's House Inc is proud to announce the
opening of its first concentrated 12 step house
Our staff will guide and support those who
are in search of the total psychic change which
is found through ones journey working
the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous.

The Carroll House Schedule will include:

Daily Meditation:
Our residents will be guided through prayer
and meditation daily, to improve their
conscious contact with GOD as they
understand him, praying for knowledge of his
will and the power to carry that out.
The Carroll House is blessed with staff who
are trained extensively in multiple forms of
meditation to enable the resident to embrace
this quiet time and allow gods grace to quietly enter their souls and "so that we will have a new power and strength enabling us to do that which we could never do before" (BB).

Immediate Step Work:
Upon entrance into the Carroll House each resident will be outfitted with a Big Book and a Note book, their journey begins that day, with careful guidance from staff who have successfully completed their 12 steps and continue to implement 10, 11, and 12 in all of their affairs.

Daily Inventory Check In's:
The daily inventory check in is an opportunity for the staff and the resident to work closely on the those components of the residents personal inventory to maintain an understanding of their new direction in spiritual growth.
The resident will be held responsible on their honesty and progress.

Weekly 11th Step Groups:

Including Yoga, Reverend and Pastor lead spiritual groups, studies of spiritual literature, and prayer groups to reinforce the already established daily meditation schedule.

Sunday Nights:
Family Style House Dinners: This weekly event is a fellowship based evening, involving family style dinner preparation and house meeting, to establish and reinforce a family atmosphere and trust and support among the residents.
Followed by a guest speaker for the residents to be encouraged and inspired by those who have completed their work on steps 1-9 and implement 10, 11, 12 on a daily basis
.
Sundays are also family day for visitation
